Compro has included a full complement of audio features. The IP570 comes with a rarely seen, full-scale audio infrastructure which includes a built-in microphone and two audio line ports, providing the facility for full duplex, bi-directional audio communications. Once an external speaker is connected, and with a built-in surround audio detection function, the IP570 is both an effective real-time management communicator and a crime deterrent.

While delivering sharp and crisp images during the daytime, the Compro IP570 also reproduces clear images at night. The mechanical ICR-controlled OLPF can accurately deflect IR light in the morning and turn on IR LEDs at night or any user-defined schedule, allowing true Day & Night illumination at 0 Lux lighting condition. With at least 15 metres of illuminated distance, the IP570 can effectively safeguard virtually any size of indoor space without the obstacle of night-vision.

As for PTZ functions, IP570 comes with a large 12x optical zoom lens which is auto focus and auto iris enabled. Mechanics of panning and tilting system is also admirable; panning at a speed of 45 degree per second shows it no toy. The 30x configurable patrol locations conveniently allow user-defined safeguarding tour for the regular need or in the wake of triggered events.

IP570 also comes with multi-zone intelligent video motion detection and optional 3 x sensor inputs and 3 x alarm outputs. Once an event is triggered, users can receive an instant SMS event notification without having the need of expensive GPRS modem and SIM card pre-installed with the camera. To verify the event, if users are on the move, they can use popular handset platforms such as Android, BlackBerry, iPhone or Windows Mobile to access real-time remotely.
