Airlive economic camera solutions for retail

Taipei, Taiwan

Airlive is introducing a solution for the retail market and small shops which is designed to help maximize store profits, lower insurance rates and decrease the number of thefts.
The retail industry loses billions of dollars per year due to robbery, shoplifting, and employee theft; therefore, investing in IP video surveillance cameras as a solution for the retail security provides the benefits required to maximize store profits and prevents such losses.

The Airlive 720P Fisheye camera provides 360° surveillance covering an entire area. With just one camera, up to 3 virtual cameras (non-fisheye ipcam) can be displayed. Using the Airlive 720P series to monitor cashiers, entrances, storage areas, aisles, outdoor areas, with high definition (720P) resolution at 30 frames per second, reproduces clear images and smooth video with full detail. Some of the 720P series models have been developed with Clear Motion Technology to minimize motion blur caused by moving objects. According to the company, one of the best advantages of these new Airlive IP cameras is that they are affordable and they are also easy-to-install, easy-to-use, and easy-to-monitor.

In addition, the Airlive Core NVR series allows for the control centre to monitor up to 4 stores with either 9 channel or 16 channel options for various environments with an easy-to-install and user-friendly interface, and supporting up to 3MP resolution and with HDMI video output to provide users with high video quality on a full HD supported monitor. There is also two way audio and an H.264 video compression codec for better video quality and lower storage requirements. With two internal 3TB SATA HDD at e-SATA interface, all video and data can be stored for up to few weeks.

Furthermore, the Airlive Core NVR series also supports multiple event detection to protect users' property, especially when motion is detected, a digital input is triggered or when an error means that the HDD is unable to record video - all these events can be programmed to trigger a digital output, SMTP, FTP and OSD display, so users will not miss any critical information from Core NVR.

The Airlive Core NVR series is able to control an IP camera PTZ function with both mouse and USB interfaced joystick which has 12 programmable buttons to allow changing the configuration on the Core NVR system.

Users may also use Internet Explorer 7 for live viewing and full control of the Core NVR, or live viewing via mobile devices which are based on IOS or Android operating systems. With the Airlive Campro Mobile, the shop-owner or supervisor of the retail store is able to monitor the premises wherever they are.
