Homeland security expert joins Board at Sightlogix

Mr. Tomarchio is a former Deputy Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis Operations under President George W. Bush. In this capacity, Mr. Tomarchio was the primary senior official in charge of the intelligence director’s partnership with state and local governments to build a domestic intelligence sharing network. Prior to his presidential appointment, Mr. Tomarchio practiced law with an expertise in national security issues. He recently retired as a Colonel from the United States Army Reserve where his last assignment was with the United States Special Operations Command.
Mr. Tomarchio has testified before both houses of Congress on homeland security and intelligence matters as well as being a frequent commentator, writer and speaker on national security issues. He is an adjunct lecturer at the United States Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, California; serves as a Senior Fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute; and is a senior advisor to Berwyn Capital Interests. In addition to serving on the Board for Sightlogix, Mr. Tomarchio also serves on the Boards of the Hoxie Harrison Smith Foundation and Puresafe Water Systems, Inc.
Mr. Tomarchio graduated from Malvern Preparatory School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History cum laude from the Pennsylvania State University, a Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School, a Masters of Governmental Administration from the Fels Center of Government of the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.
