TTi and Biolink Russia enters strategic partnership

Newport Beach, CA. (USA)

TTi and Biolink solutions Russia enters an exclusive strategic partnership agreement to market a complete new line of biometric software and hardware.

The IDenium product line is based on server-client applications which are suitable for corporate networks of various configurations, such as terminal servers, thin/thick clients, and those using global catalogs. The first release includes IDenium for AD (Active Identity), the only AD biometric solution supporting a "one-to-many" identification mode which does not require any other parameters for quick identification. Designed for Windows NT/2000/XP, it allows users registered in one domain to get biometrically identified using their unique fingerprints, while accessing the shared network resources in the other domain.

The core of the system is the biometric server which stores the fingerprint databases and performs the biometric matching procedures. The key utility of IDenium for AD provides biometric information through using a fingerprint when logging-on to system operating systems. Another component allows for the replacing of passwords with fingerprint identification thus giving access to the protected applications and files. Our IDenium synchronization agent is responsible for sharing data between the AD and IDenium for AD application. Our IDenium Admin-Pac is designed to enroll new users and their fingerprints in the centrally located administrator workstation. Users can then enroll their fingerprints, all ten of them if desired, which is of vital importance if the user cuts or otherwise damages a finger-then he/she can submit another fingerprint and be successfully identified into the system.
