Mulitiple Vivotek cameras win Excellence Awards

Six Vivotek intelligent IP surveillance products have received the 2017 Taiwan Excellence Award. The products recognised include three H.264 models MS8391-EV, MD8563-EH and APC (automatic people counting) camera as well as the H.265 models, IZ9361-EH, FE9381-EHV and SD9364-EH. Among these six products, the SD9364-EH speed dome camera was nominated for the Taiwan Excellence Gold standard award from an impressive field of 528 products.

Below follows a brief intorduction to each of the six award-winning Vivotek network cameras:

The SD9364-EH, is an H.265 full HD outdoor speed dome network camera, equipped with 250 metre range IR illuminators and a 30x optical zoom lens. The SD9364-EH also adopts Vivotek’s VAIR (Vari-Angle IR) technology, which is able to automatically adjust the IR angle of IR illuminators and provide both a brighter night view and more consistent illumination.

The H.265 full HD outdoor zoom lens network camera, IZ9361-EH, also features VAIR (Vari-Angle IR) technology and a 20x optical zoom lens. It is further armed with IP67, NEMA 4X- and IK10-rated robust housing, offering a superior level of outdoor protection.

The FE9381-EHV, is an H.265 5-megapixel outdoor fisheye network camera, equipped with a fisheye lens for 360° surround view with zero blind spots. The stylish FE9381-EHV is able to provide broad coverage of open areas. It is also designed with full EN50155 compliance to withstand shock, vibration and humidity, making it a suitable solution for railway applications.

The 12-megapixel multiple-sensor network camera, MS8391-EV, features four 3 megapixel CMOS sensors with a video alignment feature and is capable of securing superior image quality around the clock and is ideal for outdoor wide coverage protection.

The 2-megapixel vandal-proof mobile dome network camera, MD8563-EH, is fully compliant to EN50155 Tx standards and has an IP67-rated rugged housing design. The streamline designed MD8563-EH maintains stable and reliable video surveillance during vehicle movement.

Vivotek has also introduced a state-of-the-art 3D depth technology APC (automatic people counting) camera that is specially designed for the transportation market. It utilises Vivotek’s 3D
depth technology to capture and analyse passenger traffic with high accuracy thus empowering users to improve their operations and security.

Vivotek expands strategic H.265 integration partnerships

Vivotek not only offers a wide range of H.265 surveillance products, but also aims to integrate and increase H.265 presence in partnership with the Solution Integration Alliance (SIA) partners worldwide. The company is already working with ten H.265 integration SIA partners, including: Axxonsoft, Genetec, Milestone, Nuuo, Synology, and more recent additions Cathexis, Digifort, Luxriot, Macroscop and Mirasys. Working closely with Vivotek's SIA partners, customers will be able to equip themselves with a comprehensive H.265 solution that meets the technical demands of just about all projects.
