Zipp Systems was founded in 2011 by Karsten Søby and Rasmus Schmidt-Christensen, two industry veterans with more than 25 years of combined experience in theft and fire protection.

The firm has positioned itself as a full-service supplier in business security, offering systems for the integration of fire and theft protection, access control, and video monitoring. The company has 15 employees working from the office in Fredericia, but also offers its services throughout Denmark. Karsten and Rasmus will continue as partners in Prosero and run the branch in the same manner and spirit as before. In 2023, the company’s turnover amounted to more than DKK 20 million.
