Romerike Låsservice, a Prosero company, has acquired Key West Lås og Sikkerhet AS, a highly regarded local locksmith firm based in Oslo, Norway. This strategic addition will significantly strengthen Romerike Låsservice.

Founded in 2002, Key West is a specialist in high-quality security services within advanced lock systems, access control, and door automation. The company is based in a combined shop and service centre in Oslo and has established itself as a leading provider in the aftersales segment.

“This acquisition represents a natural step in our strategic cooperation,” notes Stig Dahlgren, COO of Romerike Låsservice AS. “Our products and services complement each other so well, and now as we join forces, we’ll be taking a major step towards becoming a more all-round partner for all our customers. We extend a warm welcome to Stig Roar and his team. We’re excited about the new opportunities and significant advantages for the team.”

“We’re so pleased to become part of Romerike Låsservice,” says Stig Roar Punnerud, former CEO of Key West. “Together, we’ll be able to advance into new markets and improve our customer offering, while we can also maintain the valuable customer relationships that are the foundation of Key West’s success. By making the most of our shared strengths, we can be an even better partner to our customers. I look forward to the journey ahead.”
