In early 2021, a school called Safeteam and asked for emergency help. What was initially supposed to be just a quick call, became the beginning of an extensive collaboration, which shows the importance of good customer service.

"The high school in Malmö needed help with its locks," explains Mirek Johansson, regional manager for Safeteam in Malmö. He explains that the school had contacted Safeteam after having waited for a response from their previous supplier without success. " We helped them immediately and they were very satisfied. Since then, they haven't let go of us."

During the past year, Safeteam has helped the school with locks, door automation, alarm-controlled night locks, passage systems and problems with burglar alarms . They have also had time to upgrade the camera surveillance system .

"Safeteam is truly service-minded. They are quick and do it right from the start. And they constantly keep us in the loop and listen to our requests", says the school's security officer.

One of the larger assignments was to improve the camera surveillance system.

"They had too few cameras, and the system had to be restarted several times a week. We installed new cameras, installed a working server and installed modern software", says Kristian Bjarnevik, security technician at Safeteam.

The upgraded camera system is prepared for future expansion of the school and has many smart features. However, the school has chosen not to use the smart functions at the moment. "The new camera system is only used to investigate possible crimes", says the school's security officer.
