The challenge of this project is to build an IP surveillance solution at all major roads and streets in Lugang but only a very limited internet bandwidth resource is available there for all security cameras to video stream back to ChangHua Central Police Bureau.

Provideo proposed the use of the SD-715-1, 1-Ch video server that compresses video in H.264 at high quality and occupies only low bandwidth in video transmission to their central stantion to help their police officers to efficiently handle all traffic situations via a few clicks at their finger tips from time to time.

Their engineering officials have made a dedicated surveillance web page based on the "Security Eye" hybrid software offered by Provideo. The surveillance website of Lugang authorities is not only for their management issues but is also open to allow their civilian population to check online live 2/74.
